About MedBuy

You can sign up by clicking the "Register Now" button on our homepage. Only healthcare providers, medical students and hospitals/clinics can make purchases. You will need to create an account before completing your order and be signed into your account before making a purchase. Happy shopping!

Joining MedBuy as a healthcare provider is free. We aim to provide a cost-effective solution for your procurement needs.

Once you have placed your order and it has been packaged by the supplier, you will receive an email notification that your order has been dispatched with your tracking number.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.

To return a product go to your MedBuy account dashboard. Find the order you want to return and click return item. Your return will be processed and you will receive an email notification with updates and instructions. Returns and refunds are usually processed within 10 working days.
