Shipping generally takes from 1-5 days depending on your location

To purchase on the MedBuy markeplace you need to be a registered healthcare provider, Hospital, Clinic or associated healthcare facility. Click on the registration, fill in your practice information and our MedBuy team will process your application. verification usually takes 24hrs.

Items can be returned by visiting your customer account page, click on your order and select return item.

Select your product/products you want to purchase and click add to cart. Visit the cart icon at the top right of the page and click on it. Payments can be made by credit/debit card, EFT, Apple/Google pay and for higher priced items we have a 90 day account facility available using buy now pay later.
